|| वेलेन्टाइन डे पर स्वाभिमान व स्वावलंबन से प्रेम की 'प्रेरणा' ||
दिनांक 14 फरवरी 2020, प्रेरणा महिला समिति (श्रमिक भारती का संघ) के तत्वाधान में वेलेन्टाइन डे के अवसर पर ड्रीमिंग नॉर्थ इंडिया अभियान के अंतर्गत 'स्वाभिमान व स्वावलंबन से प्रेम' कार्यक्रम का आयोजन जाजमऊ कार्यालय में किया गया । सतत जीविकोपार्जन की दिशा में मजबूती से आगे बढ़ने हेतु वंचित समुदाय की युवतियों व महिलाओं को अपनी पहचान स्थापित करना, आत्मनिर्भर बनने व स्वयं से प्रेम करने हेतु प्रेरित करना इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य था।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सभी आगंतुकों द्वारा गत वर्ष पुलवामा हमले में शहीद हुए जवानों को भावभीनी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए दो मिनट के मौन से हुई।
इस मौके पर प्रेरणा महिला समिति की प्रमुख काउंसलर व प्रशिक्षक सीमा पाण्डेय ने बताया कि वेलेन्टाइन डे के दिन अधिकतर लोग अपने प्रियजन को कुछ उपहार भेंट कर उनके प्रति अपने प्रेम का इज़हार करते हैं। हमारी संस्था इस दिशा में अनूठी पहल करते हुए इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से हाशिये पर ज़िंदगी व्यतीत कर रही बहिष्कृत समुदाय की युवतियों व महिलाओं को खुद से प्रेम करने, अपने अस्तित्व को पहचानने व स्वयं की ज़िंदगी को स्वाभिमान से जीने की प्रेरणा दे रही है। महिलाओं को अब स्वयं से प्रेम करना सीखना होगा, अपने हुनर से प्रेम करना होगा। अपने भीतर की क्षमताओं, सकारात्मकता व सामर्थ्य को पहचान कर स्वाभिमान व स्वावलम्बन से परिपूर्ण एक बेहतर जीवन के लिए प्रयास करना होगा ।
प्रेरणा महिला समिति के वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक विनोद दुबे ने कहा,"सतत जीविकोपार्जन व सामाजिक उन्नति के संकल्प की दिशा में हम दिन प्रति दिन मजबूती से आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। हम पूरे उत्तर भारत की वंचित समुदाय की महिलाओं व युवतियों की स्थिति में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने हेतु तत्परता से कार्य कर रहे हैं व उनको आत्मनिर्भर बनने की प्रेरणा दे रहे हैं।
प्रेरणा महिला समिति की मुख्य प्रशिक्षक स्वप्निल शुक्ला ने इस मौके पर युवतियों व महिलाओं को लाल रंग के कपड़े से फूल बनाकर केश सज्जा के लिए विभिन्न वस्तुएं सिखाकर उनकी शक्ति, क्षमताओं और छिपी प्रतिभाओं की पहचान करने के लिए संदेश दिया ताकि वे वित्तीय रूप से मजबूत हो सकें।
स्वप्निल ने बताया कि महिलाओं को स्वयं आगे आने की आवश्यकता है । किसी और के लिए नहीं बल्कि अपने वज़ूद के लिए, अपनी पहचान के लिए, स्वाभिमान के लिए अपने हुनर को स्वावलम्बन का ज़रिया बनाना होगा ।
समिति के कम्प्यूटर एडमिन अपूर्व मिश्रा ने बताया कि महिलाओं को सर्वप्रथम अपने नाम के आगे बेचारी व अन्य दीन-हीन उपनामों के प्रयोग का खंडन करना होगा । उन्हें उनके साथ होने वाले अत्याचार का पुरजोर विरोध करना होगा ।
प्रेरणा महिला समिति के जन सम्पर्क प्रमुख ऋषभ शुक्ला ने सभी महिलाओं से संस्था द्वारा तैयार किये गए हस्तनिर्मित कार्ड पर स्वावलम्बन व स्वाभिमान से सम्बंधित उनकी समझ व विचारों को लिखने की अपील की व सतत जीविकोपार्जन व महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में जागरुकता फैलाने हेतु संस्था द्वारा डिजिटल अभियान के बारे में घोषणा की ।
इस मौके पर प्रेरणा महिला समिति से प्रमुख रूप से सीमा पाण्डेय, विनोद दुबे, स्वप्निल शुक्ला, अपूर्व मिश्रा, ऋषभ शुक्ला , वर्तमान अध्यक्ष मिथलेश सिंह, हरि गोविन्द, अनुपम यादव, संजीव कुमार आदि उपस्थित रहे ।
वर्ष 2010 में स्थापित प्रेरणा महिला समिति, एक आत्मनिर्भर संस्था है जो कि श्रमिक भारती का एक महासंघ है । माइक्रोफाइनेंस गतिविधियों के अतिरिक्त, प्रेरणा महिला समिति जागरूकता और सेवा सुधार के लिए स्थानीय समुदायों में जल व स्वच्छता के मुद्दों पर जागरूकता पैदा करने में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल है। शहर के किनारे पर रहने वाले लोगों के लिए अस्पतालों और मेडिकल कॉलेज के सहयोग से नि: शुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर, दंत चिकित्सा शिविर का आयोजन भी संस्था द्वारा निरन्तर किया जाता है |संस्था द्वारा अब तक 45513808 रुपयों की सामूहिक बचत व 38528400 का ऋण वितरित किया जा चुका है । संस्था महिला सशक्तिकरण, बेटी बचाओ - बेटी पढ़ाओ व सतत जीविकोपार्जन के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रही है ।
|'Prerna' of love with Dignity and self-reliance on Valentine's Day|
On the occasion of Valentine's Day, an innovative program 'love with Dignity and self-reliance' was organized under the aegis of Prerna Mahila Samiti (A federation of Shramik Bharti) in Jajmau under the series of organization's ongoing campaign 'Dreaming North India: A step towards sustainable livelihoods'. The main objective of this program was to motivate the adolescent girls and women of the disadvantaged community to establish their own identity, to become self-reliant to love themselves in order to move strongly towards sustainable livelihood.
The program began with a two-minute silence by all visitors paying homage to the soldiers who were martyred in the Pulwama attack last year.
On this occasion, Seema Pandey, Lead Counselor and Instructor of Prerna Mahila Samiti said that on Valentine's Day, most people express their love for their loved ones by offering them some gifts. Our organization is taking unique initiative in this direction by motivating the women and girls from vulnerable section of the society to love themselves, recognize their existence and live their lives with dignity. Women will now have to learn to love themselves, love their skills. By recognizing their inner capabilities, positivity and potential, all the women have to strive for a better and dignified life.
Vinod Dubey, CEO of Prerna Mahila Samiti said, "We are moving steadily day by day towards sustainable livelihood and the betterment of society. We are bringing a positive change in the condition of women and girls from underprivileged communities across North India. We are working wholeheartedly to help and inspire them to become self-sufficient."
Swapnil Shukla, Head Trainer of Prerna Mahila Samiti, taught the process to make hair accessories by creating flowers with red coloured cloth. This way, she has given the mesage to make women identify their strength, capabilities and hidden talents so as to enhance their elegance and become financially stable. Economic empowerment of women is very important. For this, women themselves have to come forward. Not for anyone else but for their own wisdom, for their identity, for self-respect, their skills have to be the means of self-reliance.
Apurv Mishra administrator of the organization said that women first have to deny the use of derogatory terms for them. They will have to strongly oppose the atrocities that happen to them.
Rishabh Shukla, Public Relations Lead, Prerna Mahila Samiti, appealed to all women to write their thoughts related to self-reliance and dignity on the handmade card prepared by the organization. He made an announcement to start a digital campaign that will spread awareness towards sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment of women.
