॥  वो सवाल और  वो जवाब !!!!!!!!॥

"नहीं मैम, मुझे सिर्फ रूबीना मैम से ही मिलना है। आप उनसे मेरी बात करवा दीजिये। मैंने सुबह उनसे अपॉइंटमेंट भी लिया था", सूर्या बार-बार बस यही कहे जा रहा था। 

पूजा मैम ने सूर्या को समझाने की कोशिश करते हुए कहा कि वे बड़ी मैडम हैं ...ऐसे छोटे-मोटे मामलों व परेशानियों के संबंध में नहीं मिलेंगी । सूर्या उनकी बातों को समझ नहीं पा रहा था । वो अपने ही विद्यालय के शिक्षकों व छात्रों की निरंतर मानसिक यंत्रणाओं के कारण अत्यधिक तनावग्रस्त था। सूर्या को बाल कल्याण के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी भूमिका निभाने वाली विश्व प्रख्यात संस्था 'बाल-बच्चा, बाल-बाल बचा'  से मदद की उम्मीद थी। पूजा मैम संस्था की कर्ता-धर्ता थीं, उन्होंने सूर्या को समझाया कि जिस तरह से तुम बात कर रहे हो कि बच्चे तुम्हें गाली देते हैं, तुम्हारे शिक्षक तुम्हें विभिन्न उपनामों से बुलाते है, तुम्हारा मज़ाक बनाते हैं, बार-बार तुम्हारे रूप-रंग व शारीरिक कमजोरियों, बदसूरती के लिए तुम पर तंज  कसते  हैं, कक्षा के मेधावी छात्र होने के बावजूद तुम्हारे ऊपर अकारण दोषारोपण कर तुम्हें जबरन मारते-पीटते हैं, रोज़ आकर तुम्हारी रीढ़ की हड्डी पर 10 घूंसे पूरी ताकत से जड़ना तुम्हारे मैथस टीचर की दैनिक दिनचर्या का हिस्सा है ................ ये सिर्फ एक तरफा बातें हैं, बच्चे! जिस प्रकार तुम अपनी बात सही से रख भी नहीं पा रहे हो, बस रोए जा रहे हो ...... अगर पुलिस या अन्य विभाग के समक्ष बैठे होते तो वे सब मिलकर तुमको तुम्हारी ही बातों में फंसा देते।  

सूर्या ने कुछ बोलना चाहा तो पूजा मैम की बगल वाली सीट पर बैठी कमला मैम ने ज़ोर से पूछा, " अरे !!! पहले ये बताओ कि तुम भी शादी में चलोगी, कार्ड तो सबको दिया गया है ।"

"एक दिन छुट्टी का मिला है, उसमें भी शादी में नाचने जाओ, तुम बताओ जाओगी या नहीं?"......पूजा मैम ने उत्तर के साथ फिर कमला मैम  से प्रश्न किया....

सूर्या निरीह आँखों से उनका चेहरा देखता रहा ..... लेकिन अभी भी उम्मीद थी कि विश्व प्रसिद्दि प्राप्त बाल कल्याण के क्षेत्र में बड़ा नाम आइरन लेडी, हर बच्चे की दोस्त, हमदम, सशक्त, बेमिसाल वक्ता- 'रूबीना चंद्रा', सूर्या की परेशानियों का निराकरण अवश्य करेंगी । अत: वह फिर एक ढीठ बच्चे की भांति जिद्द करने लगा। 

पूजा मैम ने बड़े ही खीजते हुए कहा कि जब जरूरत पड़ती है तब लोगों को संस्था की याद आती है.......जब हम तुम्हारे विद्यालय में आए थे ट्रेनिंग के लिए तब तुम हम लोगों से मिले थे, अपनी प्रतिभा का परिचय भी दिया..... इधर उधर की बातें करते रहे, तब क्यों नहीं बताया ...... आज जरूरत पड़ी तब यहाँ  आ गए .........14 वर्ष के हो, 'आदमी' हो...... खुद भी अपनी परेशानियों को हल कर सकते हो.... खैर, रूबीना मैम से तुम्हें अब मिलवा ही देते हैं .......

सूर्या को रूबीना मैम के कक्ष में जाने की अनुमति प्राप्त हुई।

"नमस्ते मैम!" सूर्या ने कहा, रूबीना मैम की आंखों में प्यार, ममत्व व चेहरे पर दृढ़ विश्वास  देख सूर्या उनकी ओर खिंचा जा रहा था। रूबीना मैम के सामने उसने अपने विद्यालय के खिलाफ हर राज़ खोलेने शुरू किये....... सूर्या को अपनी बात रखते  हुए 05 मिनट भी नहीं हुए होंगे कि रूबीना मैम की आँखें नींद के चलते बोझिल हो उठी। 

शायद बहुत थकी हुई थीं, इतना महत्वपूर्ण कार्य जो कर रही थीं, न जाने कितने ही बच्चों की ज़िंदगी में नव रंग भर उन पर अहसान जो किया था.........खैर, उन्होंने सूर्या की बात को काटते हुए कहा कि बेटा ! अपनी लड़ाई खुद लड़ो...ऐसे ही न जाने कितने बच्चे आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं..... ये हमारे देश का दुर्भाग्य है  जो बच्चे इन्हीं परिस्थितियों से तंग आकर स्कूल से भाग जाते हैं, अपनी शिक्षा छोड़ देते हैं........ हर बच्चा जिसका पढ़ने में मन नहीं लगता या स्कूल से भाग जाता है, उसके पीछे का कारण उसका आवारा होना या उनका पढ़ाई-लिखाई में मन न लगना ही नहीं होता, बल्कि कभी-कभी यही मानासिक व शारीरिक यंत्रणाएं..... विद्यालय का कुप्रशासन, आपराधिक प्रवृत्तियों के छात्र-छात्राओं, शिक्षकों की विकृत मानसिकता भी उन्हें गुमराह कर देते हैं ...... मेरे बेटे! तुम जाओ, या तो विद्यालय छोड़ दो या किसी तरह से एक दो साल का समय निकाल लो...... बस! फिर क्या, तुम्हारी बारहवीं कक्षा पास हो जाने के बाद दोबारा कौन सा इनका मुंह तुम्हें देखना होगा ?"

सूर्या ने कहा कि मैम ! मैं अनाथ हूँ ....रिश्तेदारों का सपोर्ट नहीं... विद्यालय के शिक्षक ट्यूशन पढ़ने व पैसा देने का दबाव डालते  हैं ..... मैं, मुश्किल से ही फीस निकाल पाता हूँ.... और अब उन्होंने जबरन मुझे फेल करना शुरू कर दिया है .... अकारण मुझे मारते-पीटते हैं, स्कूल में मुझसे कोई भी बात नहीं करता ... सब मेरा मजाक उड़ाते हैं.....  मैं बहूत परेशान हूँ, मैम.... अगर मैं फेल हो गया तो मैं क्या करूंगा..... किससे मदद के लिए गुहार लगाऊँ........ क्या मैं अपने साथ किसी अपराध होने का इंतज़ार करूँ ..... "

रूबीना मैम ने सूर्या की धारा प्रवाह बातों को अपनी तेज़ व कानों को छिद्रिल करने वाली आवाज़ से काटते हुए उस कक्ष के बाहर बैठी महिला कर्मी से कहा, "अरे! तुमने मिश्रा जी से बात की ..... बड़े पत्रकार हैं .... उन्हें हमारे कल होने वाले कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने का आमंत्रण भेजो और उनसे कह देना कि हाल ही में हुए बच्चे की आत्महत्या के पीछे उस विद्यालय प्रशासन की लचर व्यवस्था का पर्दाफाश करने के लिए मैंने, दिन रात एक कर दिये...बस अब इस कार्यक्रम के द्वारा उस बच्चे को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित कर रही हूँ ताकि अन्य किसी बच्चे को सहायता के अभाव में ऐसा कदम उठाने की आवश्यकता न पड़े...", ये कहते हुए रूबीना अपने कमरे के बाहर चली गई और सूर्या उसकी बातों को सुन गहरे द्वंद्व में डूब गया.........

सूर्या की उम्मीद सही थी कि रूबीना चंद्रा से उसे उसके सवालों व परेशानियों  का जवाब अवश्य मिलेगा.... अब सूर्या को पता था कि आगे उसे क्या कदम उठाना होगा।

He is a trained Interior Designer and self-taught artist (Surrealist), affectionately known as ‘Painter Babu' in the art community. Rishabh is known for depicting the sensuality and beauty of women in very graceful manner. He is also well versed in both, Indian Folk Paintings and Indian Contemporary Paintings.

He studied at the renowned INIFD (International Institute of Fashion Design), Delhi in 2006 and graduated top of the class (Maintained 'O' grade), having 10+ years of work experience. 

Rishabh hold double M.A degrees in English Literature and Ancient Indian History, culture and Archaeology and has authored three books on Interiors titled as ‘Ek Aashiyane ki Oar–A Guide for Residential Interiors’, ’Supreme Home Therapy’ and ‘Secrets of Visual Merchandising’. He is skilled in variety of handicrafts such as Painting, Metal craft etc. 

Working for Swapnil Saundarya Label and Rishabh Interiors and Arts simultaneously, Rishabh has own acclaims from both critics and common people. He has held several art exhibitions and these have brought excellent response every time. Rishabh’s abstract depictions of women are said to endorse the stereotype of ‘Indianness’. His women are always represented as the mother, the lover, the seductress, or the muse. Rishabh blogs on Art, History recalls, youth issues, sports, Lifestyle & Society. He is also associated with the causes like ‘Say No to Domestic Violence’, ‘Fight Against Child Abuse’ and ‘Whole Body Donation’ and his association with these social causes, represents in his work as well.

Rishabh has also earned Sangeet Prabhakar Degree (6 years) in Indian Classical Percussion Instrument 'Tabla' from Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad in First Division.

He has received the excellence award 2016 in Fine Arts from Uttar Pradesh Art Society and Youth Trailblazer Award in Contemporary Writing  from North Indian Merchants' Association in 2017. His Success story is recently covered by leading Youtube channel 'Talkistaan-Success stories with Anurag'.

Swapnil Shukla is an Indian designer, writer, visual story teller, Design Journalist, crafts expert and artist.
